Cyclone
Rhajtek Industrial Systems & Construction specializes in constructing cost-effective cyclone systems. These systems boast the advantage of having no moving components, relying on fans to propel the gas through the setup, making them operationally economical.
What is a Cyclone?
Cyclones serve as initial purification units preceding more advanced air pollution control technologies, such as ESP (Electrostatic Precipitators) or baghouses. They offer greater efficiency in the removal of particulate matter compared to settling chambers but fall short of the efficiency achieved by wet scrubbers, baghouses, or ESPs. When used as pre-cleaners, cyclones are typically engineered to eliminate over 80% of particulate matter exceeding 20µm in size.

These systems boast the advantage of having no moving components, relying on fans to propel the gas through the setup, making them operationally economical. Additionally, Rhajtek Industrial Systems & Construction offers the integration of cyclones in series or parallel banks of smaller cyclones, known as multiclones, to effectively eradicate particulate matter with diameters in the range of approximately 5 to 10 µm
